Consulting: Quality Control
Programs – BTA can develop, write,
and help institute Quality Control Programs to assist organizations
in obtaining Owner/User Inspection Authorization Certification as well
as Repair and Alteration Authorization through the National Board of
Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors or the American Petroleum Institute
(API). We can assist repair organizations in obtaining authorization
from the National Board to make repairs and alteration under the "R"
Stamp Authorization program. Manufacturers of boilers and pressure vessels
will benefit from our experience in obtaining authorization to manufacture
this equipment and stamp it with the appropriate ASME Code Symbol Stamp.
Engineering – Through our association with several registered professional engineers, we can provide a wide range of engineering services including design, drawing, custom products, and new product evaluation. Manufacturing – We offer welding, machining, and fabrication services using master machinists and fully qualified welders. Welding – BAY Tech can assist your organization in writing and qualifying Welding Procedure Specifications and Welders Performance Qualifications. Maintenance Surveys – Based on the results of various diagnostic tools, we can recommend appropriate and cost efficient maintenance procedures and programs. Please contact Robert
